摘要: Pitting corrosion damage often occurs in aluminum alloy structures and can significantly reduce the service life of cause structural failures. In this research, three-dimensional pit morphology 7075-T6 was observed with Sensofar PLμ confocal imaging profiler scanning electron microscope. According to morphology, we systematically investigated quantitative correlation between stress state geometric features a idealized as semi-ellipsoidal pit. It is found that concentration factor (SCF) increases Rs (the ratio width length) Rd depth half-length). The maximum possible SCF independent linearly Rs. rotated orientation angle cos2θ relation when < 1.0. empirical equations are also proposed correlate Rs, θ.
