摘要: The increase in the amount of structured data published on Web using principles Linked Data means that now it is more likely to find resources represent real life concepts. Discovering and recommending related a given resource still an open research area. This work presents framework deploy execute based recommendation algorithms measure their accuracy performance different contexts. Moreover, application developers can use this as main component for various domains. Finally, paper describes new algorithm adapts its behavior dynamically features dataset used. results user study show proposed has better novelty than other state- of-the-art Data.
