摘要: Here, we describe a pre-derivation embryo haplotyping strategy that developed in order to maximize the efficiency and minimize costs of establishing banks clinical grade hESC lines which human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haplotypes match significant proportion population. Using whole genome amplification followed by medium resolution HLA typing using PCR with sequence-specific primers (PCR-SSP), have typed parents, embryos from three families as well our eight shown this technical approach is rapid, reliable accurate. By employing where, based on match, are selected for GMP route day 3–4 development, would drastically reduced cGMP laboratory running costs.
