摘要: Personalised medicine is the future and hope for many patients, including those with cancers. Early detection, as well rapid, well-selected treatment, are key factors leading to a good prognosis. MicroRNA mediated gene regulation promising area of development new diagnostic therapeutic methods, crucial better prospects patients. Bladder cancer frequent neoplasm, high lethality lacking modern, advanced modalities, such immunotherapy. MicroRNAs involved in bladder pathogenesis, proliferation, control response which we summarise this perspective lack recent review publications field. We further performed correlation-based analysis microRNA expression data (BLCA) TCGA dataset. identified 27 microRNAs hits opposite profiles genes immune cancer, 24 similar profiles. discuss previous studies linking functions these assess if they candidates personalised therapeutics diagnostics. The discussed include expression, interplay transcription factors, apoptosis, cell proliferation angiogenesis, initiation genome instability tumour-associated inflammatory reaction.
