The composition of furan fatty acids in the crayfish

摘要: Capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of the sterol ester fatty acid methyl esters crayfish hepatopancreas revealed presence at least 30 kinds unusual furan acids (F acids), which accounted for 28.49% total acids. On other hand, only small amounts were found in triacylglycerols (0.5%) and phospholipids (0.7%). Among F acids, 17 hitherto unknown ones, major component being 12,15-epoxy-13,14-dimethyleicosa-12,14-dienoic (F6) (41.83% acids). These novel possessed chain lengths C12 to C22, with largest concentration C20 (45.38%), C18 (41.97%) C16 (10.35%). Odd-numbered also found, though a very amount (0.4%). In living things than crayfish, longest (C24) was detected carp hepatopancreas. The bullfrog, an amphibian, turtle, reptilian, have as well their livers. Olefinic by GC-MS, resulted during analytical process from cyclodehydration diketo-ene formed autoxidation
