摘要: AbstractMagnetic fields parallel to electrodes were introduced during plating process obtain ZnNi alloy films from acid baths. Effects of different magnetic intensities on the composition, nucleation magnetism, surface morphology and anticorrosion investigated. With increase in intensity, deposition rate nickel contents increased gradually due magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) effects caused by Lorentz force. It was found that force Fm electrodeposition could have a significant effect mass transfer dramatically improve rate. Maximum (90 m h−1) achieved when intensity equal 1 T.
