摘要: Cardiovascular disease continues to be the leading cause of death among general population industrialized countries. It is also main reason for hospitalization. But what about HIV-infected subjects? With advent combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) HIV infection, including protease inhibitors (PIs), in April 1996 France, morbidity AIDS-defining illnesses has been reduced and patients are living longer [1, 2]. Thus, spectrum diseases related shifting from opportunistic towards long-term complications such as cancers, coinfection with other viruses hepatitis C virus, metabolic effects cART. Some these disorders potential risk factors cardiovascular so could lead over-mortality over-morbidity. currently account 7% deaths subjects 14% non-HIV-related [3], 16% a good immunovirologic response cART [4].
