摘要: Abstract The effect of low molecular weight borate ester on the ionic conductivity polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was systematically investigated by means measuring using impedance technique. Gel polymer electrolyte (SPE) films consisting PAN as host polymer, LiCF3SO3 and LiBF4 salts, poly (ethylene glycol) (PEGB), ethylene carbonate/propylene carbonate (EC/PC) plasticizers were prepared physical blending method. All measurements performed samples with various contents. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) gave evidence interactions among PAN, lithium salt. surface morphology electrolytes scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal properties these materials searched thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) differential calorimetry (DSC). Conductivity studies blend carried out in temperature range 20–100 °C. maximum values 1.8 × 10−3 1.4 × 10−4 S cm−1 measured for film containing 4PAN-10EC/PC-4LiBF4 4PAN-10PEGB-4LiCF3SO3, respectively, at room temperature. These have a good conductivity, better dimensional stability wide electrochemical window. unique make composite gel membranes suitable application rechargeable Li-ion batteries.
