摘要: When bubbles or drops are present in an immiscible liquid reduced gravity and the temperature of is non-uniform, a thermocapillary stress generated at interface due to variation interfacial tension with temperature. The resulting flow propels drop freely suspended towards warmer regions, so as minimize energy. In this presentation, we will focus on effect convective transport momentum energy, that characterized by Reynolds number Marangoni number, respectively. results asymptotic analyses for speed low large values these parameters be discussed. These predictions well those from numerical simulations compared experimental obtained experiments performed aboard space shuttle.
