摘要: Methods and compositions are provided for integrating donor DNA sequences into the genome of a Bacillus sp. cell without integration selectable marker said genome. The methods employ linear recombinant construct comprising flanked by long homology arms (each at least 1000 nucleotides in length) combination with encoding Cas9 endonuclease guide RNA, introduction RNA/Cas cell, as such providing highly effective system need to integrate cell.
