摘要: Image-guided localized proton MR spectroscopy (MRS) of normal breasts and breast tumors (ductal undifferentiated carcinomas) was performed using a dedicated double coil. In vivo 1H spectra from 10 volunteers showed signals water lipids only, even in with small contribution fatty tissue. the 6 12 examined patients, an intense signal assigned to choline compounds detected. The also detected at lower levels remaining patients. This study shows that MRI/MRS examinations can be within examination time 45 60 minutes. Signals tumor metabolites may MRS.
