Physical properties of multicomponent molecular conductors with supramolecular assembly

摘要: Abstract Physical properties of molecular conductors that contain supramolecular assemblies are discussed. In these salts, neutral molecules such as diiodoacetylene (DIA), p-bis(iodoethynyl)benzene (pBIB), and tetraiodoethylene (TIE) construct with anions Cl−, Br−, I−, and/or AuBr2−. Transport measurements show salts range from metal to semiconductor. Several interesting unique band dispersion, highly anisotropic resistivity, thermal expansion observed.
