摘要: Two-stage acid/alkali pretreatment was used to enhance the saccharification efficiency of sweet sorghum fiber. The physicochemical characterizations pretreated fibers were evaluated by SEM, FTIR and XRD. acid alkali sequence in two-stage process compared, their dosage optimized. results indicated that showed better performance when compared with conventional single stage pretreatment. And acid-alkali sequence, alkali-acid achieved higher glucose yield (0.23g·g-1) under optimized conditions, which 1.64 1.21 times than pretreatments, respectively. Overall, is a promising approach achieve high fermentable conversion rate cellulosic material.
