摘要: Purpose of the article: The paper seeks to analyse problematics estimation social discount rate (SDR). SDR is critical parameter cost-benefit analysis, which allows calculating present value cost and benefit public sector investment projects. Incorrect choice can lead realisation ineffective project or conversely, cost-effective will be rejected. relevance this problem analysis determined by discussions different viewpoints scientists on most appropriate approach determine absence methodically based national level Lithuania. Methodology/methods: research performed scientific methodical literature systematization, time series regression analysis. Scientific aim: aim article calculate statistical data Lithuania.
