Estimation of Social Discount Rate for Lithuania

摘要: Purpose of the article: The paper seeks to analyse problematics estimation social discount rate (SDR). SDR is critical parameter cost-benefit analysis, which allows calculating present value cost and benefit public sector investment projects.
