摘要: Abstract Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) produced from primary tumors act as seeds for metastasis, leading to the majority of cancer-related deaths. Currently, in cancer research, these have attracted much attention studying process metastasis. Various studies past decade enlightened role CTCs potential biomarkers diagnosis and prognosis. As a result, analysis could substitute characterizing nature provide unique insights into metastatic process. The detection blood samples patient is technically challenging because extremely low abundance among large number other cells. Therefore, novel methods are highly recommended. In this feature article, we discuss recent progress nanotechnology along with perspectives on future opportunities.
