摘要: A very high bandwidth class AB (Push-Pull) current amplifier using the compensation resistor technique is presented and analysed. Such a stands as powerful method of enhancement for general circuits CMOS mirrors. The proposed being enhanced from 1.07 GHz uncompensated to 1.17 compensated one without affecting gain. All simulation results are obtained Hspice tool MAGIC layout editor with 0.35 /spl mu/m TSMC parameters.
