摘要: We present experimental results of electron beam generation in a diode with cathodes made BaTi solid solution and prepoled unpoled PZT ferroelectrics without screening grid front them. The operates an accelerating pulse ∼200 kV ∼300 ns duration. It was found that although surface plasma is always formed as result the application driving pulse, beginning emission does not coincide start pulse. Namely, it shown at same time leads to simultaneous from only case coincidence electric field directions. In opposite case, starts end or fall for samples, respectively.
