摘要: Abstract Confocal fluorescence microscopy has been used to study the spectrum and decay of a Y 2 SiO 5 :Pr 3+ nanocrystal freely attached at glass–air interface. In spite room temperature, surprisingly sharp spectral lines (less than 1 cm −1 ) have observed in Pr spectrum. The electronic relaxation within praseodymium D -manifold characterized by average splitting value about 200 strongly suppressed that resulted an intense from high crystal field components. effects are very sensitive cluster–environment cluster–substrate interaction. Obtained results open new spectroscopic way, which allows us explore directly excited states J-manifolds RE ions, control rates create type quantum systems for surface monitoring.
