摘要: Twenty-four patients with chronic liver diseases and seven normal controls were studied using renal hepatic radiotechnetium angiography. The time-activity histograms generated employed to calculate both the perfusion index (RPI) (HPI). Renal proved be reduced not only in cirrhotic but also aggressive hepatitis, as well those persistent hepatitis. HPI, which is considered being strictly dependent on portal flow, fell significantly group of patients. In all patient groups, correlation coefficient between HPI RPI (mean two kidneys) was low (r=0.275) significant (P>0.05). After Warren's splenorenal derivation, did improve worsened, particularly left kidney where derivation anastomosis probably caused a venous overload.
