摘要: Important physiological changes occur after major abdominal surgery. Cellular and morphological follow a period of malnutrition. Enteral feeding is an important strategy for maintaining gut integrity function. Controversies remain on the use jejunostomy surgery its had not gained widespread acceptance. The records 262 consecutive patients who underwent esophagectomy cancer were reviewed retrospectively to assess whether placement needle catheter (NCJ) at time safe useful procedure. All 9 Fr. NCJ place in standardized fashion esophagectomy. technique placement, utilisation, complications examined. enteral nutrition was started first post-operative day. Sixty-three percent our required 10 or more days. In 19%, this requirement prolonged then 20 days, upto 68 related four (1.5%). as described safe, with extremely low rate complications. It may provide adequate nutritional support costs. Its routine undergoing recommended.
