摘要: Abstract This paper explores the relationship of seven personal health practices and subsequent mortality in 9 1 2 years between an initial survey 6,928 adults made Alameda County, California, 1965 a follow-up 1974. The are: never smoking cigarettes, regular physical activity, moderate or no use alcohol, 7–8 hr sleep/day regularly, maintaining proper weight, eating breakfast, not meals.
