摘要: Abstract In this paper, we report a detailed kinetic investigation of C3H8 catalytic partial oxidation (CPO) over Rh/α-Al2O3 catalyst. We applied an isothermal microreactor to collect kinetically relevant data with the aim identifying prevalent dependences and extending our C1 molecular scheme description CPO process. The study consisted steam reforming tests diluted feeding mixtures in wide range temperature, composition space velocity. experimental results showed that H2 CO are formed through consecutive steps total fuel. syngas is also affected by water gas shift reaction, as well methanation COx. analogy CH4 CPO, rate were found be proportional concentration fuel, but independent from co-reactant. forward reaction was first order dependent on H2O CO, while assumed pressure. A preliminary micro-kinetic analysis adsorption likely involves formation CHx intermediates x ≤ 2.
