摘要: A microstructural-based model, describing the plastic behavior of Al-30wt% Zn alloy, is proposed and effect solid solution decomposition, Orowan looping, twinning grain refinement analyzed. It assumed that deformation process dominated by strain-induced solute diffusion dislocation motion. To capture essential physics, a law evolution mean free path dislocations with strain which reproduces experimentally observed softening.
