摘要: Thin microporous films were formed by dropcasting a toluene solution containing various ratios of polystyrene:polyethylene glycol blends on glass substrate, with OLEDs the ITO that coated opposite side substrate. We demonstrate for first time such easily-fabricated surface and bulk micropores in index-matching polystyrene can serve as random microlens-like arrays to improve forward OLED light extraction up ~60%. A theoretical interpretation angular emission profile device, considering geometrical change at substrate/air interface scattering pores within films, was established excellent agreement experiments. The use blended thin provides an economical method, independent fabrication technique, improving outcoupling efficiency.
