摘要: A new mode of interconnecting karst systems separated by impermeable bed due to collapse was discovered in the study dam site Guizhou, South China. Karst flow may be diverted from conduits one layer another, thus forming a connected system. Comprehensive methodology and techniques used investigation included surface geological surveys, geophysical investigations, special drilling, tracer tests. In stage preliminary study, were considered developed separately along individual karstified layers. However, further shows that associated with conduit cavern development, damaging its watertight function. Accordingly, pattern system reestablished. The results obtained enable designer plan reliable alternative for seepage protection.
