摘要: Introduction. Physical exercise is a key modulator of the maximum fat oxidation rate (MFO). However, metabolic transition zones in MFO-exercise relationship are not generally considered for training prescription. Objective. To examine effects different on kinetics MFO and its localization (Fatmax) young physically active men. Methods. 97 men were divided into 4 similar sized groups, 3 experimental groups control group (CG). Subjects each undertook an 8-week running program. Training was continuous at intensity aerobic threshold or VT1 (CC ); performed as intervals anaerobic VT2 (IT power VO 2max VO2max ). Before after intervention, expired gases monitored subject to determine , VT1, VT2, (by indirect calorimetry) Fatmax. Results. In response training, showed increase (from 16,49 18,51%; p<0,01) mean reduction Fatmax 60,72±10,52 52,35±7,61 %VO (p<0,01). No changes interest observed subjects. Intergroup comparisons revealed no differences among though compared CG, greater CC (p<0,05). detected performance except drop GC Conclusion. 8 weeks led irrespective intensity.
