摘要: Abstract In this study several sunshine-based regression models have been evaluated to estimate monthly average daily global solar radiation on horizontal surface of Lake Van region in the Eastern Anatolia Turkey by using data obtained from seven different meteorological stations. These are derived Angstrom–Prescott linear model and its derivatives such as quadratic, cubic, logarithmic exponential. The performance were comparing calculated clearness index measured index. Several statistical tests used control validation goodness terms coefficient determination, mean percent error, absolute biased root square error t -statistic. results all within acceptable limits according tests. However, best performances cubic for Bitlis, Gevas, Hakkari, Mus stations quadratic Malazgirt, Tatvan predict radiation. spatial distributions around with interpolation that acquired fit annual energy potential is between 750 kWh/m 2 2485 kWh/m 1610 kWh/m .
