摘要: The federal government considers all persons aged 65 and over a single beneficiary group, data collectors consider them cohort. As result, the very old (80 years over) are virtually invisible; little is known about their specific income benefits economic resources. Costs for old--a more economically diverse group than nonaged--are likely to grow disproportionately. Recent proposals share costs will affect distribution of assets among between generations.
