摘要: • To evaluate the conditions of patients with congestive heart failure and to follow up their response therapy, Investigators have used standard clinical classification systems roentgenographic, ultrasonic, scintigraphic evaluations left ventricular function volumes. While useful in initial characterization patient's condition, many these measurements are imprecise or detect only small changes after therapy. The functional capacity cardiac reserve is best evaluated by measuring maximal oxygen consumption during a exercise protocol. Potential limitations testing following therapy include effects placebo, training, posture, choice submaximal testing. efficacy investigational inotropic vasodilator on central peripheral circulations should also be measured hemodynamic monitoring at rest determine optimal for particular patient failure.
