摘要: We present the application and results of a fully non-destructive electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) survey conducted at Acropolis Athens. The aim to investigate space behind south wall Acropolis. electrode lines were deployed vertically horizontally on as well top hill. Further ERT tomographies encompassing volume material between outer inner open pits. Bentonite mud electrodes employed instead metal stakes in order comply with character whole operation. An existing data processing algorithm was modified cope particular requirements this unconventional survey. Areas increased moisture revealed prospected volumes. Further, thickness assessed locations. It is shown that type perfectly feasible can produce informative elucidating images for archaeologists restoration scientists.
