摘要: Mobilization of stem cells into the peripheral circulation for myocardial regeneration using subcutaneous injections granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) has been tested in both patients with acute infarction (AMI) and chronic ischaemia. G-CSF treatment seems to be safe unblinded trials AMI were encouraging. However, larger double-blind placebo-controlled have not able demonstrate effect treatment. In ischaemia, small-unblinded did show on perfusion function. patient populations, mobilize known importance regeneration, but there seemed a general lack homing ischaemic myocardium. AMI, factors cells, cell derived factor-1, are maximally elevated plasma 3 weeks after infarction, suggesting that this time point could optimal mobilization The complex interaction cytokines induction vasculogenesis should implemented future clinical trials, elucidate whether might useful as new regenerative heart disease.
