摘要: Thalassiosira allenii is a potentially harmful marine diatom distributed along the Northern Aegean and Southern Black Sea coasts of Turkey. In order to better understand effect environmental factors on T. allenii, effects 6 different light intensities (6.5, 38.7, 77.5, 116.2, 15 193.7 mmol/m2s (PAR)) 4 temperatures (4, 11, 16 20°C) were investigated. was isolated from zmir Bay-Northern Sea-Turkey incubated in f/2 enrichment medium under constant batch culture system. The growth rate species measured as Chl (mg/l) by monitoring exponential phase. statistical analysis obtained data performed utilizing method least squares. As result study, 0.8, 3.6, 13.4 26.4 found be saturation for 4, 20°C, respectively whereas intensity 6.5 determined compensation at 20°C. below 11°C detected limit maximum (mmax). Under saturated conditions between 20 - algae maintained its mmax parameter while it reduced half-saturation KL exhibited shift sun shade type. It concluded that more effective compared temperature excessive reproduction natural environment.
