摘要: The visual world is sampled by the photoreceptors in eyes’ retinas, which produce an array of local light measurements. However, perception definitely nonlocal. Both subjective measures stimulus qualities and objective related discrimination thresholds strongly depend on spatial temporal contexts within embedded. This true for points as well higher order features such color, motion, depth, texture, shape. These effects are thought to be major importance assigning meaning input formation behaviorally relevant perceptual objects brain. underlying neuronal mechanisms termed ‘contextual interactions.’
