摘要: ABSTRACT Hantavirus infections are characterized by vascular hyperpermeability and neutrophilia. However, the pathogenesis of this disease is poorly understood. Here, we demonstrate for first time that pulmonary permeability increased Hantaan virus infection results in development edema C.B-17 severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) mice lacking functional T cells B cells. Increases neutrophils lung blood were observed when began to be infected SCID mice. The occurrence was inhibited neutrophil depletion. Moreover, also significantly suppressed depletion Taken together, suggest play an important role after hantavirus IMPORTANCE Although edema, pathogenic mechanism remains largely unknown. In study, demonstrated vivo increases This novel mouse model human will a valuable tool contribute elucidation pathogenetic mechanisms. involvement has been ignored, study using involved infection. Further mechanisms could lead specific treatment
