摘要: Background: Chocolate is a naturally rewarding stimulus, it perceived as highly problematic with regard to controllability of its intake and appears be one the most craved foods. This stimulus has been reported elicit binge eating in Eating disorders –ED. So far, very little attention paid role food odour generation craving their associated brain functionality. Goals: The aims study were compare event-related potentials motivated towards chocolate stimuli (visual smell) binge-disordered patients when compared healthy participants effect on craving. Method: 19 ED patients, diagnosed according DSM-5 criteria, 20 controls participated study. All females performed visual-flavours paradigm. former consisted 56 neutral pictures, presented random order block design. Participants gave subjective ratings before after each electroencephalogram was recorded continuously. Results: Subjective stimuli, although increased ED, did not differ significantly among groups. However, there main category that pictures smell led lowest craving, highest. Late Positive Potential higher for than having lower amplitudes controls. Conclusions: might partially responsible differential effects differences activity, comparing episodes
