摘要: In this work, novel composites based on poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) were prepared and characterized in terms of morphological, thermal, rheological mechanical properties. Hollow glass microspheres (HGM), alone or surface modified by treatment with (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) order to enhance the compatibility between inorganic particles polymer matrix, used obtain lightweight improved The silanization implies a good dispersion filler matrix an enhanced filler–polymer adhesion. addition HGM PCL has relevant implications properties enhancing stiffness material. Furthermore, presence strongly interferes crystallization behavior thermo-oxidative degradation PCL. increase rate was observed as function amount composites. Finally, rotational molding tests demonstrated possibility successfully producing manufactured goods PCL-based both laboratory industrial scale.
