Spontaneous reduction of metal ions initiated by ethylenediamine-capped CdS nanowires: A sensing mechanism revealed

摘要: The sensing of Ag+ and Cu2+ with ethylenediamine (EN)-capped CdS nanowires (NWs) was successfully demonstrated, the relevant mechanism revealed a direct observation side product event. binding at surfaces EN-capped NWs triggered an in situ growth Ag Cu nanocrystals, respectively, causing decay photoluminescence rapid color change solution recognizable to naked eyes.
