摘要: Abstract The temperature dependence of the Young's modulus and internal friction TaS3 (orthorhombic) NbSe3 have been measured by vibrating reed technique. There is a large minimum 2%, in at commensurate Peierls distortion (Tc = 222K) increases below Tc(ΔQ−1 5×10−5), although no critical relaxation effects are observed. On other hand, very small minimum, ΔE/E ~ 0.06%, observed upper incommensurate transition NbSe3, broad increase (0.03%) lower transition. measurements allow estimates to be made stress electron-phonon coupling constant.
