摘要: This article provides a cognitive framework for integrating mindfulness meditation into substance abuse treatment. We review recent developments in theory and treatment research that point toward mind-fulness as useful additional strategy reducing relapse. Although the idea of using to reduce use is not new, there are several reasons further exploring relevance mindful-ness addiction reviews cognitive-behavioral formulation relapse, evaluations component psychopathology, role information processes also present an information-processing analysis how can help prevent relapse discuss its utility clinical implications.
