摘要: Abstract By using a series of polymers in the polymer/PbSe planar heterojunction hybrid solar cells (HSCs), we found that open circuit voltage HSCs showed great improvement compared to PbSe Schottky junction cells, which might be attributed formation interface dipole, resulting decreased interfacial resistance, increased built-in electrical field, as well reduced exciton recombination at interface. Meanwhile, with higher PL quenching have more favorable hole transfer lead better device performance. In addition, energy levels and surface largely affect their interaction NCs, leading different morphologies influencing charge efficiency. Furthermore, optimized remarkable PCE 5.31% was highest efficiency reported for based HSCs. We believe this HSC can further improved by selecting rationally designed structures.
