摘要: A new and simple approximation method for quantitative depth profiling using photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) is described. In the method, an approximate calculation of inversion Laplace transform adopted in order to simplify depth‐dependent optical‐absorption coefficient from frequency responses. Some results simulations shown demonstrate effectiveness this method. The has been applied practical sample which varies continuously with surface. result qualitatively consistent microscopic observations cross section specimen. This could be useful not only profile PAS but also general calculations based on transformation.
