摘要: Organic light-emitting diode (OLED)-based display products have already emerged in the market and their efficiencies lifetimes are sound at comparatively low required luminance. To realize OLED for lighting application sooner, higher light quality better power efficiency elevated luminance still demanded. This review reveals advantages of incorporating a nano-scale carrier modulation layer (CML), also known as spacer, carrier-regulating layer, or interlayer, among other terms, to tune chromaticity color temperature well markedly improve device rendering index (CRI) numerous devices. The functions CML can be enhanced multiple layers blend structures employed. At proper thickness, employment enables balance distribution carriers two emissive zones achieve high long operational lifetime while maintaining very CRI. Moreover, we reviewed effect using on most significant characteristics OLEDs, namely: efficiency, luminance, life-time, CRI, SRI, chromaticity, temperature, see how thickness tuning selection crucial effectively control performance.
