Development of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of neomycin residues in pig muscle, chicken muscle, egg, fish, milk and kidney

摘要: A colorimetric competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was developed using polyclonal antibody to determine neomycin residues in food of animal origin. No cross-reactivity the observed with other aminoglycosides. The limit detection 0.1μg/kg. simple and efficient sample extraction established recoveries ranged from 75% 105%. limits were 5μg/kg(l) pig muscle, chicken fish milk, 10μg/kg kidney 20μg/kg egg, respectively. Chemiluminescence for detecting muscle muscle. 0.015μg/kg, 1.5μg/kg 6μg/kg ELISA tests validated by HPLC, results showed a good correlation (r(2)) which greater than 0.9.
