摘要: Nanostructured and nanoporous TiO2–Ga2O3 films powders with various Ti:Ga atomic ratios high specific surface area (SSA) have been prepared by a new straightforward particulate sol–gel route. Titanium isopropoxide gallium (III) nitrate hydrate were used as precursors hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) was polymeric fugitive agent (PFA) in order to increase the SSA. X-ray diffraction (XRD) Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) revealed that contained both rhombohedral α-Ga2O3 monoclinic β-Ga2O3 phases, well anatase rutile. It observed Ga2O3 formed from precursor retarded anatase-to-rutile transformation. Furthermore, transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis also showed hindered crystallisation crystal growth of powders. SSA powders, measured Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analysis, enhanced introducing Ga2O3. = 50:50 (at%/at%) binary oxide annealed at 500 °C produced smallest crystallite size (2 nm), grain (18 highest (327.8 m2/g) roughness. 25:75 800 (2.4 nm) 32 nm average 40.8 m2/g area. 75:25 had (57.4 4.4 size. One one reported literature is obtained, they can be many applications areas optical electronics gas sensors.
