摘要: Twenty nuclear microsatellite loci were isolated from a genomic DNA library derived free-ranging red-bellied brown lemur (Eulemur rubriventer), the Ranomafana National Park, Madagascar. Population genetic parameters estimated as baseline values samples collected populations harboured in and Andringitra Parks. The marker suite will be used future study on population dynamics of this species.
