This perspective similar to orientation of IPA that aims facilitate interdisciplinary communication and research. Consequently, although my major management, I attempt contribute participants Emerging Scholars Colloquium (ESC) through presenting research paper entitled "What we know about corporate governance". part PhD project which addresses two questions: What intellectual structure governance research? To what extent Corporate Governance affect IPO underpricing? lead three ongoing studies: meta-analytic review, structure, empirical study.
