摘要: From novice to competent practitioner: a longitudinal study tracking the progress of undergraduate mental health nursing students¶ This explores perceptions of, and outcomes for, group students over 3-year period from point at which they made their choice take branch 4-year degree programme in nursing, working practice setting as registered nurses. Semi-structured interviews were completed three points career: (a) end common foundation programme, when had option; (b) fourth year programme; (c) 1 post-qualification. Questions generated around five main themes: career choice, personal change development, evaluation curriculum, ideas about plans.
