From novice to competent practitioner: tracking the progress of undergraduate mental health nursing students.

摘要: From novice to competent practitioner: a longitudinal study tracking the progress of undergraduate mental health nursing students¶ This explores perceptions of, and outcomes for, group students over 3-year period from point at which they made their choice take branch 4-year degree programme in nursing, working practice setting as registered nurses.
