摘要: The uranium tailing at Schneckenstein / Germany is one of the tailings which was abandoned in late 50 ’s respectively early 60’s. 45 years after closure site, downstream environment still receiving considerably amounts and other contaminants. While background concentrations for surface water ground region are around 1 µg/1, seepage shows between 400 1500 µg/1 with a yearly load 70 to 100 kg. Due drainpipes dam leakage small wetland developed foot. This investigated respect its removal capacity metal(loid)s, especially uranium, arsenic.
