摘要: We reveal competence from the perspective of task accomplishment and what makes performance possible for owner-managers small internationalising firms. In doing so, we contribute to emerging topic firm internationalisation by focusing on owner-manager rather than firm. contend that is not attribute-based but relational in nature.
