摘要: When dealing with water resources, traditionally three types of information were needed: the future availability water, demand for and consequences that both these have on environment. Introducing possibility anthropogenic climate change expands requirement to include effects water. The paper reviews current state knowledge about concludes that, given large uncertainties involved in even larger forecasting socioeconomic demands coupled relatively short time horizons economically efficient investments, we cannot predict significant problems U.S. resources over next few decades are likely be attributable change.
